the client needed a website that could communicate reliability and empathy while offering clear information about their NDIS services. The design had to balance professionalism with warmth — ensuring that visitors feel supported, not overwhelmed.

Beyond functionality, the goal was to design a website that truly reflects the heart of Oak & Aura Care — compassionate, trustworthy, and approachable. Every color, layout, and word was chosen to make users feel comforted and confident in reaching out for support.

My approach was to craft a minimal, soft, and user-friendly design with gentle tones, readable typography, and clear navigation. Each section was structured to highlight key services, build trust, and make it easy for users to get in touch or learn more about the care programs.
